A global approach to ethnicity data - HSBC case study
26 March 2022
Driving diversity
Firms are under increasing pressure to improve data collection on race and ethnicity of their employees, and a common stumbling block is how to take a coherent approach to data collection across multiple regions. This event is a fantastic opportunity to hear how HSBC, an organisation with more than 200,000 employees in more than 60 countries and territories, has set about it.
We will hear from Carolanne Minashi, Global Head of Inclusion at HSBC, about how HSBC set out to collect ethnicity data on a global basis, the benefits, challenges, workarounds and key takeaways from such an approach, including Q&A with attendees.
We expect attendees to include HR, DEI, and those responsible/ accountable/ with a keen interest in DEI from business-facing roles.
