A perspective from China - The impact of Covid on the D&I agenda

Driving diversity
We are very excited to host a virtual event with HSBC colleagues Terecina Kwong and Marina Tong on their experience of the Covid crisis from the front line of the bank’s D&I response in China. As the first country to face the outbreak of Covid 19, China has implemented a raft of measures that have been followed (at least in part) across the globe. This is an opportunity to hear from Terecina and Marina about how they led their teams through the three phases of emergency response, adaptation and now the gradual return to office life after lockdown, ahead of the crisis curve for us in the UK.
We will discuss the challenges they have faced and overcome (and are still in the middle of), and potential silver linings for the future of work. We will also be putting your questions to our guest speakers, both ahead of and during the call.
As with all New Financial events, we expect a mixture of D&I and HR professionals as well as business leads on diversity and inclusion from companies across the financial services industry.
