Many barriers to diversity are based on assumptions of what clients want or need. We think that the Covid crisis provides the perfect opportunity to rethink what clients really want.
The other side of this discussion is the fact that all financial services firms are effectively each other’s clients in some form. Can the industry take steps to have a more mature and collaborative discussion on realistic client expectations?
At this event, we explore the need for a more honest discussion with clients, which will feed into our forthcoming thought paper. This session is aimed at HR, D&I, and those in roles who may be involved with client discussions where D&I issues might arise
