Diversity Toolkit: The diversity data landscape
4 October 2022
Driving diversity

An event to discuss diversity data as a tool for investment decision-making, the fourth topic in our research series to build a Diversity Toolkit for Investors. The Toolkit project is a collaboration with the 30% Club Investor Group and sponsored by Columbia Threadneedle Investments, London Stock Exchange Group and S&P Global.
This fourth event in our Toolkit series reviews how D&I data differs from currently widely accepted ESG frameworks and benchmarks used by investors; where we are now on what D&I data exists, where it’s going, potential pitfalls, and ongoing challenges to capturing workforce D&I data; and the collection and analysis of D&I data in relation to other key stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers.
Yasmine Chinwala, Partner at New Financial, will chair the panel discussion with speakers including:
Lotte Griek, Head of corporate sustainability assessment at S&P Global, and
Charlotte Lush, Senior research manager of ShareAction’s Workforce Data Initiative.
