With diversity, equity and inclusion under pressure as never before, leveraging positive sentiment on DEI from key stakeholders is more important than ever to reframe DEI, drive momentum and inform strategy. At this fascinating and timely event, we will hear from David Smith, Group Social Impact Communications Lead at HSBC, which has recently conducted research of its broad corporate and retail customer base to better understand customer expectations of financial services on the topic of inclusion.
We will cover why and how HSBC went about setting up and executing the survey, what the results showed (spoiler alert: yes, customers do care about inclusion) and how the bank is acting on the data. The session will be chaired by Yasmine Chinwala, Partner at New Financial, and include live Q&A with the audience.
We expect attendees to include a mixture of DEI / talent / L&D leads, comms roles, as well as those responsible, accountable or with a keen interest in DEI / opportunity and inclusion from business-facing roles. Please note, the webinar will be conducted under the Chatham House rule.
