Focus on Black Inclusion research series with ERG leads

This event will be part of a series of three roundtable events hosted by New Financial as part of our forthcoming research: Focus on Black inclusion. Five years on from our ground-breaking Accelerating Black Inclusion report, this research will bring together both quantitative and qualitative reflections on our 2021 findings and assess what has and has not changed since then, and suggest next steps.

The first of these events is for network/ERG leads and/or senior sponsors, and participants should expect to contribute to a frank discussion with peers. All sessions are an opportunity to share views and hear from peers, therefore we are encouraging attendees to come prepared to contribute. These discussions will be moderated under the Chatham House rule and chaired by Yasmine Chinwala, Partner at New Financial.
