Focus on reverse mentoring

An informal discussion inviting attendees to share their experiences of setting up and running reverse mentoring initiatives in their organisations, and to hear from their peers.

We plan to cover the context and positioning of the mentoring initiative, equipping both mentors and mentees to get the most out of the relationship, and measuring impact.

The discussion will be held under the Chatham House rule to allow for frank conversation.
