Launch of our report on 'Diversity in Portfolio Management'

The launch of our latest report, Diversity in Portfolio Management, in collaboration with the Diversity Project and supported by Allianz Global Investors, Hermes Investment Management and GIC.

This research looks at what it is about the asset management industry (and portfolio management in particular) that makes building a diverse workforce so challenging. Our research tackles highly contentious issues and is a call to action and collaboration – not just for asset managers, but the whole investment community. We share examples of good practice to stimulate discussion and encourage a shift in thinking from the bare minimum to high quality industry standards. We encourage you to invite male colleagues and/or decision-makers along to help plant seeds and develop their thinking around diversity.

We will be presenting the highlights of our research at the launch event, and there will also be a panel discussion with market participants to comment on the findings. We do hope you or a colleague will be able to join us.
