Repositioning of DEI: maintaining accountability

As raised in previous sessions, we are seeing changes to language, frameworks and potentially not publishing representation data (or less of it) – so how can organisations maintain focus on accountability? How do we track progress? How do we define the shift we are trying to see? How do we quantify it? How do we start articulating it? How can we genuinely achieve “quiet progress”?

We are encouraging our member firms to come prepared with their views, challenges and insights on the topic. This informal discussion will be moderated under the Chatham House rule and chaired by Yasmine Chinwala, Partner at New Financial.
