The impact of AI on the financial services sector with the FSSC

The Financial Services Skills Commission (FSSC) has been commissioned by HM Treasury to carry out research into the impact of AI, and other disruptive technologies, on the UK financial services workforce and their skills over the next 5-10 years.

• key technologies that are expected to bring change to the sector;

• impact on the FS sector’s workforce and the skills people will require to successful deploy these technologies;

• opportunities for growth and productivity, regionally as well as nationally;

• opportunities to improve service for customers.
