The impact of the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter

Our fourth survey of Charter signatories seeks to better understand the benefits and challenges they face in meeting their Charter commitments. In addition to presenting highlights of the survey, we will hear from guest speakers:

• Amanda Blanc, Group CEO of Aviva and the Government Women in Finance Champion,

• as well signatories and representatives from the Irish and Luxembourg Women in Finance Charters

We expect attendees to include people working in a range of job titles: leaders and aspiring leaders, those with accountability for (or an interest in) D&I, diversity leads/champions or network representatives, D&I and HR.
