Virtual discussion on DEI regulation action plans

The UK regulators’ Consultation Paper published in September stated that the policy paper is expected to come out in 2024. That means firms have up to a year to lay the groundwork – eg. improving data collection, updating systems, refreshing strategy, creating working groups, and so on.

At this informal discussion, we are inviting a small number of New Financial members to share their views, challenges and priorities as they put together their pre-regulatory action plans, and to hear from their peers. The discussion will be held under the Chatham House rule to allow for frank conversation, and we will invite all attendees so speak.
