Virtual roundtable on neurodiversity
30 April 2026
Driving diversity

The latest HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter data shows a marked uptick in reporting on actions relating to neurodiversity across the financial services sector. Approaches vary – for example, firms are starting networks, appointing champions, collecting data, raising awareness and offering policies that cover diagnostics for employees and their families.
At this informal session, we will invite attendees to discuss with peers why neurodiversity is becoming increasingly important to financial services firms, the benefits and challenges of focusing on this topic, where it fits into the diversity agenda and interconnects with wider diversity strands, what good practice looks like and where innovation is happening.
We expect attendees to include a mixture of DEI, talent, L&D leads, HR, neurodiversity champions, as well as those responsible, accountable or with a keen interest in neurodiversity from business-facing roles.
