D&I lens on AI – call to action

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly shaping how people are hired, developed, rewarded and managed at work, as well as how organisations interact with their clients and customers across the financial services industry. The D&I function has an important role to play in the roll out of AI to reduce risk and maximise opportunity, as outlined in New Financial’s February briefing paper A D&I Lens on the AI Revolution. However, while AI continues to advance at speed, there appears to be little progress with the D&I to-do list.

At this event, Birgit Neu, senior adviser at New Financial, will take us through an update setting out the key actions for D&I leads, including:

• myth busting received wisdom on access to and uptake of AI;

• grabbing the opportunity of redesigning workflow;

• applying D&I data to all aspects of AI;

• is anyone getting this right yet?
